48 sachets of indian made foreign liquor each containing 180 ML of liquor are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (F.C.I) P.S.
