JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the other side.

The petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-in-law of victim, apprehend their arrest in a case under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioners state that the allegations are general and omnibus against them.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let both the petitioners as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Complaint case no. 117C of 2014.
