2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020, corresponding to S. Tr. No. 07 of 2021 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a/26/27 of the Arms Act.

3. In compliance of order dated 17.01.2025, a report contained in Letter No. 05 dated 23.01.2025, with respect to stage of trial, has been submitted before this Court by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Bhojpur, Ara, by which, it has been informed that all the witnesses have been examined except the investigating officer of the case.

4. Considering the report contained in Letter No. 05 dated 23.01.2025 submitted by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Bhojpur, Ara, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands rejected.
