JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with L.N.M.U. (University) P.S. case no. 104 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2018, but till date he has not been put on T.I.P. He further submits that the petitioner is 50 years old and as per the F.I.R. the miscreants were in the age group of 21-22 years.

Considering the fact that the description of the miscreants in the F.I.R. and the age of the petitioner does not match and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54730 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each after 21.10.2018 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga at Laheriasarai in connection with L.N.M.U. (University) P.S. case no. 104 of 2018.
