JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Near about 24 liters country made liquor, kept in 60 bottles, is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.04.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. The investigation against the petitioner appears to have already been completed. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S.Case No. 45 of 2016.
