On getting confidential information, cabin of a boring was searched out wherefrom countrymade wine as per seizure list were recovered. It has further been disclosed that confidentially, informant came to know that petitioner Chhotu Mahto along with his associates used to visit this place and so, the wine would have been stored by him.
Considering the nature of allegation attributed at the end of the informant, a police official, petitioner Chhotu Mahto @ Rohul Kumar who has got no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest /surrender before the learned lower court within fortnight on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Nalanda at
