2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chausa P. S. Case No. 97 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3 (1), (r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w) of the SC/ST Act and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner tried to commit rape upon the minor daughter of informant. It is also alleged that petitioner snatched silver chain and nathiya of informant's daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Further submission is that due to personal enmity and grudge on account of dirty village politics and caste rivalry, petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Case and counter case. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.09.2025.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Madhepura in connection with Chausa P. S. Case No. 97 of 2025.
