Petitioner seeks regular bail in Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.347 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B (a), 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one automatic pistol with empty Magazine which was concealed in the room of the house of the petitioner without any cartridge by the police. He had not given any explanation before the police regarding ownership of the said arms and one Pulsar motor cycle was also seized which was parked outside his house and the ownership of the said vehicle could not be produced by petitioner.
