2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2016 in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the thrust of accusation is against co-accused Taitu Tudu @ Ramesh Tudu. Co-accused Kanna Murmu has since been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27817 of 2016.
4. Considering that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and having regard to the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/Chandran U T
