This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 452, 337, 338, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of Srikant Yadav with bhala. One more person has supported the allegation as eye witness.
Submission of the petitioner is that the perusal of the first information report would reveal that the petitioner had caused injury to the informant whereas in the case diary a different story has been developed that injury was caused to Srikant Yadav.
Considering the nature of allegation against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8291 of 2017 (3) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner, the prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
