The petitioner seeks bail in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.131 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 386, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that one person having motor-cycle bearing registration no. BR-050-1652 demanded extortion from the employee of the construction company and after opening fire fled away but subsequently after chase he was apprehended.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27047 of 2016 (3) dt.15-07-2016 inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
