Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018 for the offence under sections 394, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.5.2018.

Learned counsel submits that although petitioner was arrested in the instant case but neither he was put on TIP nor the alleged recovered article connected with the offence was put on TIP.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54340 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Motihari East Champaran, in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018.
