Petitioner is accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that 6 persons including the petitioner named in the F.I.R. and 15-20 unknown with variously armed surrounded Ranjit Kumar @ Gorakh Ram, brother of the informant and caused fire arm injury on his stomach. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. along with other accused persons to cause injury to the brother of the informant, but the statement of the injured, as detailed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27674 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 paragraph no. 32 of the case diary, shows that first shot was made by co-accused Sunni Paswan, which missed then accused Vinay Sharma fired which caused injury to him. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.03.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016.
