JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 302 and 120B of the IPC and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the FIR itself it appears that the informant who was an eye witness of the occurrence has named others but not the petitioner. Prior to the lodging of this case, he is not accused in other case. Petitioner is in custody since 6.6.2017. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram Model Police Station Case No. 668 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the
