JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 By way of the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 22.01.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in G. R. Case No. 7073 of 2014, arising out of Kankarbagh P. S. Case No. 492 of 2013, whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
