Petitioner seeks regular bail in Hilsa P.S. Case No.702 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the I.P.C.

Allegation against the petitioner is of giving iron rod blow on the head of the informant, Luxmi Singh causing head injury as a result of which he fell down and blood was oozing profusely.

It has been submitted by the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2055 of 2018 (3) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after remaining in jail custody for six months. (S. Kumar, J) AnilKrSinha/- U
