2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 203 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of committing theft in the house of the informant after locking the family members.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2026 and he has similar antecedents of theft, dacoity etc.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made
