Patna High Court CWJC No.4792 of 2023(6) dt.21-08-2023 2/2 made to the Election Commissioner and as and when the amounts are released the same will be paid to the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the amounts which were paid by the other respondents were not as per the Log Book. Learned counsel has stated that the present writ petition may be closed with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate concerned and give a representation seeking payment of the amounts due to the petitioner as per the Log Book.
Having regard to the same, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No. 3 to 10 with a representation seeking payments of the amounts as per the Log Book within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. In case any representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be dealt in accordance with law and necessary orders passed. The entire exercise shall be completed within three months from the date of receipt of the representation made by the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.
