Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 155 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) (b), 32, 36, 41 (i) (ii) and 62 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery and he is neither the owner nor the driver of the alleged Bolero Pickup and Duster Car.
