Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 124 of 2019 arising out of Dinara P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier vide order dated 06.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30216 of 2020, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and has not

No such occurrence as alleged ever took place and the specific allegation has been made out against the co-accused Rajesh Kumar and his family members including his parents that the co-accused is a villager and took away the minor daughter of the informant for the pupose of marriage. He further submits that the charge against the petitioner has been framed on 05.02.2021, Annexure 3 to this application. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as has been mentioned in para 3 of this bail petition has been languishing in custody since 29.11.2019.
Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with POCSO Case No. 124/2019 arising out of Dinara P.S.
