ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-05-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 20.8.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Patna in Criminal Revision No.4385 of 2014, by which he has upheld the order of non-discharge dated 20.5.2014 passed by the S.D.J.M., Patna in G.R. case No.5598 of 2010 corresponding to Pirbahore P.S. case No.302 of 2010. The Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 appears and submits that the trial is going on.

The Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Complainant has already entered into a compromise with the Petitioner and therefore there was no cause for trial to go on. Be that as it may, the Trial Court will summon the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41308 of 2014 dt.17-05-2016 2/2 parties and if at all there has been a compromise, shall drop the proceedings in their interest.

The application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
