JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is lady and is in custody since 20.12.2016, i.e., more than a year and trial has not yet been commenced up till now. Charge has been farmed but evidence has not been commenced. Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However considering the fact that she is in custody for more than a year, the learned trial Court is directed to hold the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the
