2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner seeking regular bail in connection with Beerpur (Birpur) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 303(2), 352, 81 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 30.07.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 45122 of 2025 which reads as follows:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beerpur (Birpur) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 303(2), 352, 81 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is accused of confining

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no sign of rape. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2025.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed"

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the trial, four out of six witnesses have been examined.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.
