During course of patrolling, the police officials tried to intercept the white gypsy which was being driven in high speed seeing the police and during course thereof, the occupants fired indiscriminately causing injuries to the informant, ASI along with other police personnel.

After going through the case diary, it is evident that save and except inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement of co-accused nothing has been collected against the petitioner though charge sheet had already been submitted against him including Lal Bahadur.

Accordingly, petitioner Santosh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25243 of 2016 (3) dt.13-07-2016 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XIII, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.20/2016.
