Petitioner is not named in the first information report and FIR was lodged against Sujit Kumar son of Jata Chaudhary but in course of investigation, Sujit Kumar @ Pinku Singh son of Ganesh Singh was arrested and said accused made his confessional statement disclosing name of the petitioner and except confessional statement of co-accused Sujit Kumar @ Pinku Singh, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Investigation of this case has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs
