JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and other accused were apprehended by the police. The informant claimed that petitioner and his associates had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.03.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai
