The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 742/2017, arising out of Barbigha P.S. Case No. 441/2017 dated 19.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 420, 353 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 355 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a community hall, all of which are said to have been brought by the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2017 and he has been made accused in only one case prior to the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
