This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Dobhi P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 432 litre and also the petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19303 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
