JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act on the allegation of recovery of a loaded country made pistol. The petitioner disputes the recovery as no such occurrence took place and prior to the lodging of this case, he is not accused in other case. Petitioner is in custody since 24.9.2017. Charge sheet has also been filed in this case. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Begusarai in GR No. 3491 of 2017, Birpur Police Station Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.973 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(b) The Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
