The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 448, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that while the informant was going to his house, in the meantime, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., surrounded him and snatched his mobile phone and a sum of Rs.5500/- from his possession. On hulla being raised coaccused Nihal and Chhotu assaulted him by means of iron rod, as a result of which he sustained injuries.

Submission has been made on behalf of the petitioner that there is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioner and so far the co-accused person, against whom specific

She further submits that the petitioner is a man of fair antecedent and he undertakes that he will fully cooperate in the investigation and will not indulge in intimidating the witnesses and tampering with the evidence.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the omnibus allegation, coupled with the fact that no incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, apart from the fair antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named be, released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Harish Kumar, J) uday/- U T
