Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint case no. 1181C/2014 in which cognizance for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 494, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/ 4 of the D. P. Act has been taken. Taking into consideration that petitioner no.2, Rinku Devi @ Rinku Kumari is second wife of husband of the victim whereas petitioner no.1 happens to be father-in-law of petitioner no.
