One country made pistol without cartridge is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 27.03.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Patori ( Mohanpur O.P) P.S.Case No. 113 of 2016.
