This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 18.07.2019 passed by learned ACJM, VIII, Patna in Complaint Case No. 1093(c) of 2013 as well as for quashing the order dated 29.11.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, IX, Patna in Cr. Revision No. 508 of 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52824 of 2021(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 jointly submits that the matter has already been settled between them.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, the order dated 18.07.2019 passed by learned ACJM, VIII, Patna in Complaint Case No. 1093(c) of 2013 as well as order dated 29.11.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, IX, Patna in Cr. Revision No. 508 of 2019 are hereby quashed.
