This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Harlakhi P.S. Case No.37 of 2021 (G.R. No. 71 of 2021) for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 201, 120-B, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this
