Petitioner is in custody in connection Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 334 of 2018 for the offence under section 27 of the NDPS Act.

It is alleged that two sachet of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the quantity of the alleged ganja was 20 grams.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.7.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54345 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Patna, in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 334 of 2018 (Special Case No. 82/2018).
