The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case as lodged by the informant is that on 02.01.2020 when she along with his cousin went to call of nature, petitioner along with one Bhageru Singh came there and tried to outrage their modesty upon which they raised hulla and fled away towards her village and save themselves. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

He submits that, in fact, occurrence took place on 02.01.2020 at 6 PM but the present case was lodged on 08.01.2020 and there is no explanation for the said delay. He submits that, as a matter of fact, the present informant and her family members have badly assaulted the co-accused Bhageru Singh @ Sachidanand Singh on 02.01.2020 when he went to the village Paimar for labourer as a result he received multiple fractured injury and his uncle has lodged Punpun P.S. case No. 03 of 2020 on 02.01.2020. He further submits that said coaccused has received multiple fractured injury and she was admitted in PMCH since 02.01.2020 to 08.02.2020 and his operation was held on 03.02.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Punpun Police Station Case No.
