Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 26.6.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21638 of 2018 with condition that he has to deposit amount of Rs.1 lac in the court below and on depositing the said amount the learned court below will release the petitioners on bail but they are feeling difficulties in collecting the said amount. Heard learned A.P.P.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, further four weeks time is allowed to the petitioners to deposit the amount and another parts of the order shall remain intact.
