Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 94 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation made in the F.I.R., while the minor daughter of the informant was going to Punjab National Bank on 27.02.2020, the petitioner and other named accused persons on the point of pistol and dagger abducted her from Scorpio. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that none has abducted her. He has further

Considering the above mentioned facts, the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 94 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
