2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 34 of the IPC and later on Sections 8,12 of the POCSO Act was added.
3. As per allegation, the daughter of the informant aged about 17 years had gone to answer the nature's call along with some female members of the family, but she did not return while others came back and they informed the informant that the petitioner and his family members had enticed away her daughter.

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 of CrPC, has stated that she went with the petitioner as per her own will and she has solemnized marriage with him.
5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the victim is a minor girl and her consent has no meaning in the eye of law.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the 6 months of incarceration of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Bettiah in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
