Informant, a police official, recorded his selfstatement on account of recovery of stolen articles from the house of one Anita Devi and further, it has also been alleged that on interrogation, Anita Devi had disclosed that aforesaid items were handed over to her by Sujit Kumar Rai, Santosh Kumar, Raushan Kapar, Gautam Kumar @ Goutam Thakur (Petitioner), Shiv Devi, who were engaged in committing theft.

Name of the petitioner has cropped up on account of inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement of co-accused and further, having no criminal antecedent happens to be a good ground for the petitioner to pray before the learned lower Court for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54270 of 2018 (02) dt.20-09-2018 grant of regular bail, which the learned lower Court will consider favourably.
