JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 With the passage of time the Court feels difficulty in granting indulgence in the present case. Examination of the Teachers Eligibility Test was held in 2013 and the writ petition was filed in 2015.
With the passage of time of five years it is difficult for this Court to issue any positive direction as the Court is not sure whether the answer sheets are available for verification and adopting corrective measure. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file a representation to the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board and in the event the answer sheets of the petitioner are available, the Secretary of the Board will take appropriate decision whether any relief can be granted to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11679 of 2015(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 petitioner at this stage for wrong answers in the examination. Appropriate decision in this regard may be taken within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
