2. The defect(s) as pointed out by the Office is ignored.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 85/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 427, 307, 504 and 34 of I.P.C.

4. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that from reading of the FIR, it appears that the fight took place during orchestra

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21792 of 2026(2) dt.07-04-2026 2/2 programme. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.01.2026. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the case/ trial.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Bettiah, West Champaran /concerned Court below in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 85/2023.
