2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pothia P.S.Case No.169 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 304B and 306/34 of the IPC.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased who is aged about 80 years old. The death of the deceased took place in her parents house. It has been submitted that this is a case of suicidal death and salphas was found in the viscera of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody and allegation of demand of torture is against the husband of the deceased.

4. The learned APP opposed the submission.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57113 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-III, Kishanganj in Pothia P.S.Case No.169 of 2016.
