JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

This is a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the only allegation against the petitioner is that she is order giver. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. She has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.07.2018. Counsel for the informant submits that there is loss of life and injuries to others.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that there is no allegation of assault upon the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees

(i) That That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
