2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 494, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased was married to petitioner. He remarried again with one Neetu Devi. All the accused persons including Neetu Devi have assaulted the deceased and killed her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21359 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 out of 12 witnesses, 4 witnesses have been examined.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the delay in trial, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-IV, Madhepura/concerned Court below vide S.T. No. 421 of 2023 / Madhepura (Parmanandpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 787 of 2023.
