JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that despite the fact that the lands, which are subject matter of the present writ application have been mutated in his name, the revenue authorities are not issuing rent receipts to him though, the fact that the petitioner is ready to pay the rent. In my view, the petitioner has remedy under the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009 and Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, which he can avail.

This application stands disposed of with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.5628 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to avail either the above noted statutory remedies.
