Having regard to the averments made in this application as also after hearing Mr. Bishwanath Prasad Singh, learned Senior counsel, this Court would modify its order dated 15.6.2015 in Cr.Misc.No. 18640/2015 to the extent that if the petitioner appears within a period of four weeks from today, he shall be initially granted provisional bail for a period of 15 days and in this period of 15 days the court below shall call for the case diary and the supervision note, whereafter the rest of the direction given in the order dated 15.6.2015 in Cr.Misc.No. 18640/2015 shall be carried out.

With the aforementioned direction, this modification application is disposed of.
