Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pawana P.S. Case No. 26 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant who is the brother of the deceased has alleged that Petitioner (husband) along with his uncle, namely, Ram Shakal Singh has killed his sister and thereafter disappeared her dead body.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He was happily living with his wife (deceased). She has died due to illness and her dead body has been cremated after consent and presence of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56889 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 informant and his family members. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.05.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
