Petitioner is in custody in connection Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 for the offence under section 392 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The case was registered against unknown. The petitioner was arrested on 7.6.2018 but he was not put on Test Identification Parade and charge-sheet has been submitted without Test Identification Parade of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
