2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 380, 384, 354B,376 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.1 on the false assurance of marriage, physically exploited the informant, whereas petitioner no.2 snatched silver necklace of the informant and pulled her clothes and also assaulted her.

4. Considering the nature of accusation against petitioner no.1, his prayer for bail is rejected.

5. As there is no allegation of physical exploitation against petitioner no.2 and he has got clean antecedent, prayer for bail of all the petitioner no.2 is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
